Notice Me — terms of use

Last updated 17 September 2026

Notice Me is provided by Cherno Barrie, London, United Kingdom ("we"). By creating a family or joining one you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Notice Me is

A family app for noticing good behaviour, recording points and rewards a family sets for itself, keeping a record of prayer and learning at home, and reading faith and story content together. It is a tool for parents. It does not replace a school, a tutor or a scholar, and nothing in it is a substitute for a parent's judgement.

Your family's content

What your family records in Notice Me — names, photos, notes, points, marks — is yours. We store it to run the app and for nothing else. See the privacy policy for what is collected and how it is handled.

Content in the app

Curriculum statements follow the English national curriculum and the GCSE subject content published by the Department for Education. Hadith are given in the Arabic of Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim with the reference, and an English meaning written for this app; duas and stories are given as meaning, not as word-for-word translation. If you find an error, tell us and it will be corrected.

Notice Me — its code, design, wordmark and icon, and the content written for it — is © 2026 Cherno Barrie, all rights reserved. Your subscription lets your family use the app; it does not grant any right to copy, reproduce or redistribute the app or its content.

Fair use

Don't use Notice Me to record anything about a child who is not in your care, don't try to get into another family's data, and don't try to break the app or the rules that protect it. We may close an account that does.

Limits

Notice Me is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so the next time a parent opens it. Questions: cdianrouga@gmail.com.
